Our Blended Knowledge Transfer Program of online and in-person training guides internal teams of Experts, Nextperts (potential successors) and knowledge coaches through a structured, tested and proven process. Not only is undocumented expertise transferred to Nextperts, but those learners are provided skills in knowledge capture and diffusion. They learn to pass along their newly acquired know-how in various forms, ranging from personal mentoring of others to wikis and podcasts that become permanent records of critical organizational knowledge.
